thank you CBC - means a lot.

just wish the fairy would let me get a job interview with someone!

Lots of people seem to be hiring for Christmas. I know it will mainly be retail opportunities and only temporary but it could maybe lead to something more permanent. It depends whether you'd take any old job just to get regular employment or want to stick out for more of a career move. Good Luck anyway:beer:. I know how soul destroying it can be when you know you have all the skills and experience they need only to hear nothing after applying:(

I have applied for all sorts of jobs. right now I am not being fussy or expecting a huge salary.

and not received a response from any of them. I spoke to a local pub but they want evenings, weekends which I cannot do or commit to.

just won £10 on luckyphone again :money::beer:
this will pay for me and DS at the circus tomorrow. Hubby got complimentary tickets so we have front row seats. I was going to take DS on friday, have discount vouchers but explained to him we were going to sit at the back as it was the cheapest option for me.

We are going cinema on sunday for free, with sweet sunday codes. so a goodish week for me.

oh and got a free bag for life today from dot.com and won a bbq from cuticura.

Brilliant Aesop - you deserve a bit of good luck. Hope you enjoy your cinema visits and your winnings

I'm sending some get-work-vibes through to you and hope they help :D

Bought some liquids for my vaporiser. I saved £9.92 by buying on offer and then, when we checked my points, I had another £20 saved so altogether I saved £29.92 :j

ok, who has won on luckyphone? that I referred? because well done! and thank you :)
  • Some nice money-making from people. Well done:j

Not me this time with LuckyPhone, Aesop:(. Congrats to whoever it was:beer:. It's certainly been good for people on here. Thanks again for telling us about it, Aesop:T

A few very small things to report. Just received £3 Amazon vouchers from The Viewers. I only recall ever doing one survey from them so it looks as if they pay quickly and per survey like Pinecone rather than us having to wait months(years even:eek:) to amass enough points. I think this was another of your recommendations, Aesop. If so, thanks very much:T

Also received £5 Love2Shop voucher from a postal survey, used £1 moc in Morrisons and found £1 coin under carpark ticket machine. Sold 2 books on Amazon and made £7.22 after fees.

That's a total of £17.22 to add since last update. Every little helps I know but this month isn't proving very profitable so far. Will keep trying though. All my eBay auctions ending Sunday have watchers but not a single bid so far:(. I'd booked a tabletop sale pitch for Saturday but the organiser phoned last night to say the event has had to be cancelled. Tried to book one at the only other nearby sale but they don't have any table space left:(.

    Have a good day, all:beer:
  • Hmm not doing so well this month, £90 tutoring and £60 Ebay, actually that's not bad but not sure where the rest is coming from yet! !

  • I've had enough of eBay - out of the items I sold last week - the buyer of the most expensive item hasn't paid and another has left negative feedback without bothering to contact me first. I'm not even going to get angry about it - I'm just taking it as a sign to give up on eBay. :exclamati
