Five OS Pleasures in your day today
Comments
-
My pleasures today have been quite hum-drum but I guess that's what makes them OS so here goes.
1. Hanging out the washing in lovely sunshine.
2. Making soup from economy carrots and this and that.
3. Making yogurt, I don't think my electric yogurt maker would count as OS when I think I used to make my yogurt in a tupperware bowl wrapped in tea-towels and placed inside a biscuit tin balanced between the pilot lights on my gas stove. Ah, those were the days.
4. Cleaning the bedrooms. Gotta be my fave job  - when it's done.
5. Making cards in my nice warm dining room, heated solely by sunlight coming through the windows.:T Definately the place to be on such a cold day.

Hello all
I am posting early this evening as DH and I are going out.
((((((((Big hugs for all who need some TLC))))))))))
1. Staying in all day and cleaning. Feel very virtuous now!!
2. Made some cards late afternoon for the village Brownies to sell for their coffers
3. Rescuing our old cat from a cat that lives over the back - don't think it will come looking for a fight for a while
4. 2 daffodils have flowered in the front lawn - don't know where they have come from - must be the daffodil fairy!!
5. Sorting out my recipes and putting them in a file - not usually so organised
Hope everyone has a good evening
God Bless

My 5 are
like most others today
1) Got all the washing done up to date including dog bedding and flapping on the line to dry
2) Made vegetarian tartiflette using spuds from a bulk sack bought a few weeks ago (much cheaper than buying spuds each week)
3) Had poached eggs on HM granary bread (the eggs my ds collected from my Uncles chooks)
4) Not sure if this is OS but I sharpened and oiled all my gardening tools (have never done it before but they look good, just need a wire brush to get the rust off but ordered one on Ebay for £2) and tidied up the tool shed
5) Sorted out my veggie and flower seeds ready for sowing this month
Just lovely x[size=-2]Remember its nice to be nice and its good to share!

Hi everyone
My top five.
1. Oh is home today so we get to spend the whole day together.
2. Harvesting the grapes, we have 3 grapevines all with huge amounts of ripe grapes, so I guess the wine making will start today.
3. Anticipating tomorrow which I will be spending with OH, DD and DS their partners and children. Should be a great day.
4. Pine cone collecting with OH in the forest at the end of our road, autumn is definitely here, and a good stack of pine cones is essential.
5. HM bread for breakfast, with eggs from our chickens, great way to start the day.
Blessings be
