Have been out to cheer marathon runners and to spend some more of ds2's birthday money.
Came home to find embroidered uniform parcel ordered in August had been thrown in to our back garden.
Ds1 has been good at staying in touch so far. He sounds a little in the dumps. He said he is too hot in his room and can't turn off the heat. He also needs to do his washing but the machines are very small and cost a lot. Spoilt? Perhaps.

    Afternoon.

Been out to an NT property for a walk and a cuppa and cake. Car exhaust blew on the way home to that will need to be a priority job for this week, good job DH and I were both paid on Friday.

Going to have a cuppa, get washing on the maiden and off the line then hoover and mop downstairs.

    Sorry Pigpen, can't help.

Superking and double ready for new peeps, one arriving tonight, the other tomorrow. Shower room sparkly, all four loads of washing line dried, folded and put away. OH can do his own i.r.o.n.i.n.g when he gets back from his travels.
    Better is good enough.

    Hi All

I really do need to get back here and join you all again

The house is looking cluttered, not junk cluttered but with things that have not been put away properly - so I suppose we have been taken over by tadpoles but they have been here so long they are now frogs.

My extras list for this coming week is -

Sort airing cupboard - pass any past their best towels to the RSPCA
Sort my vintage clothes, hats, jewellery - we go to 1940s events
Sort my shoes, fling, charity, sell
Sort my toiletries, give those I can't/won't use to the Women's Refuge
Ebay list about 20 items, still got to take the pictures
Check when I can next give blood - change of meds so not sure I still can
    Loads of paperwork filing
Loads of paperwork shredding, I could just take that to work and stick in the confidential bin for destruction, but don't like to
Start Xmas list, DSIL2B is sorted, DSD would like a loft ladder:rotfl:, DSS would almost certainly like money

I need to make a start on this before the frogs turn into a black dog.

This year I will control the BD, not the other way round :p

There is so much news to catch up on, so I hope you will forgive me for not reading back. I wish you all well and will see on tomorrows thread xx
