Do you need a hand off your high horse?

Please stop replying I am not interested in getting in a debate with someone who just wants to talk whether it's relevant or not!

Thanks for your insightful response. I think you are correct about her making things inconvenient. I've reflected on my meeting with her and it seems that what may have caused her to be agitated was that I asked where my usual advisor was when I sat down which she may have thought was a personal attack or dislike towards her. I say this because she looked at my record and accessed my jobsearch account and said it was "excellent" and to "keep doing what you've been doing!" I have the usual work skills because I've had many jobs. I worked as a full time teacher during summer for past 3 years and would love to teach but if I don't apply my degree in my next career path I'm afraid I'll forget the information I learned, so I'm aiming for a specific field. However, they gave me 3 months to find a job in my professional field, if no luck then I have to apply for everything.

The OP has requested that people please stop posting on this thread because he/she does not like the negative responses. Maybe they will respond to positive ones, I suppose that would demonstrate a thin skinned approach that possibly led to the Job Centre situation.

Personally I we should respect their wishes and stop this thread immidiatley... No more posts.

I'm happy for you that you got your daily dose of validation with your rants which were not relevant to my thread, so I suggest, again, that you create your own and rant there.

You worked as a full time teacher during the summer for the past 3 years. Is that not the school holidays?

As we were talking about your entitled attitude my comments are valid and very relevant.

Its just that you don't like them - tough

Most of your replies contain your life story which was not relevant to my original thread. I understand you've had tough times and you have my sympathy, but you're not the only one who has problems.

    What an odd observation.
