I think the OP hit the nail on the head. Clearly an attitude issue.

It sounds as if the OP is the one with the attitude problem.

    I agree.

I don't know how anybody can say the OP 'hit the nail on the head'.

It's only his perception of the woman at the Job Centre and we don't know the other side of the story.

Oh, and nothing in your post suggests the advisor has a personal vendetta against you!

'sublety' (and irony and sarcasm) is often lost when posting on an internet forum - because you can't hear the inflexion in a voice and see facial expressions.
Therefore - imho and obviously that of midnight express too - the real meaning of your post wasn't clear. smiley-confused013.gif

Maybe consider using some smileys to enforce your 'subtle' comments.smiley-rolleyes010.gif

Why?. So you can waste your time complaining. Is there any profit in that?.

The DWP pay consolatory compensation payments in cases of maladministration.

This includes failure to respond to letters of complaint, delay and providing false information.
Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.

None of that applies in the OP's situation.

We can't know that. Certainly it sounds as if the JCP employee is in breach of the DWP Service Standards. A written apology from a manager would probably suffice though.

What we do know is that the OP claimed the JCP employee was rude.

No one has failed to respond to a letter of complaint as he has yet to decide if that is the action he wishes to take.

    Delay for what ?
What 'false information' has been given ?

I don't doubt under usual circumstances, if any of those could be proven, then compensation would be forthcoming.

So far, we've only the OP word for it.
And I have to say that from reading his other posts under his alternate ID (which have now all been deleted) he is an aggressive complainer.
