    Day 20

According to Stoptober smoking can make you look 10-20 years older! So stopping smoking can help you look younger for longer!

Would that encourage you to quit more than other factors if you haven't already?
Could you do with a Money Makeover?

    Day 22

The end of Stoptober is in sight, it's all downhill from here :)

You should have saved tons, be able to taste food much more and have a better sense of smell!

If you have kids that last one may not be a plus! :rotfl:

    Day 24 for me.

Had to take an emergency trip to the vape shop yesterday as my coil burnt out on my vape, it was the most disgusting taste ever, have to say the taste still isn't 100% like it was :( I really hope it returns to normal soon, I don't know why my new coil would taste a bit burnt but it does sometimes when I have the machine turned up (which I prefer as there is more flavour)

    Day 23

Just five Stoptober days to go.

Stoptober says now you've stopped smoking you're less likely to suffer from gum disease - and more likely to keep your teeth!!!

Keep at it everyone, don't stop stopping :)

On a positive note, at least you weren't tempted to stop! What quantity liquid are you on now?

Thanks very true :) it's still not 100% right, but if I have the machine set to a low voltage then there is no burn, I've joined a e-cig forum so am going to ask the pro's how to fix it/stop it happening again lol cos I prefer the higher hotter voltage.

I'm on 6mg now, just ordered a couple more bottles of e-liquid, as I don't like the ones you buy from the shops, found a good website named true vape which have the lovliest flavours (I go for a tobacco flavour which has a small hint of caramel and liquorice on the exhale) need to order some more coils cos I have no spares in and heaven forbid it dies on a Sunday when there is no shop open lol xx

It could be your juice that has the burned flavour and not your new coil. Did you clean your tank out?

Planet of the Vapes is a good site for info and advise ;)

Oh forgot to say - been ciggie free since 6.30am on the 7th Feb this year :j

Day 19 for me! Been a rough week - kids have been a nightmare (teens), hubby was driving me nuts and I couldn't go to the gym due to injury so I packed my bag and !!!!!!ed off to my sisters last week (don't worry, the hubby was home). Came back last night with my niece in tow....only to discover NO housework had been done and NO shopping bought in...there wasn't even any coffee!.

On the plus! Not one ciggie has been near my lips - and my vape liquid is now nicotine free, I only started on 6mg but I really didn't like the taste.

Well done to everyone - I never started October thinking I would quit...I just woke up and said enough and I am so glad I have!
Back to comping after a couple of years overseas
    Good Luck Everyone
