Day 16 for me here :) I'm not missing ciggies at all, so the vape is doing its job here, I've moved from 12mg to 6mg nicotine a few days ago as well, will prob use that for a while then plan to move to 0mg then no vape at all xx

    Fantastic kindofagilr, that's great news!

I stopped smoking 5 weeks ago after 30 years and have been vaping ever since.
Until 6 years ago I was a relatively self controlled smoker only smoking between 5 and 10 ready made cigs a day. Then I discovered the enjoyment of smoking roll ups and would smoke up to 20 a day sometimes more probably because they are smaller than ready made.
I have given up purely for health and cosmetics reasons - feeling that 30 years of smoking is sure to catch up with me at some point.

    Well done pol-zeath :)

Day 18 for me here :) going well, I seem to be getting through my liquid quicker than I initally was tho, not sure if its cos its a lower nicotine content (but I dont think I am using it more) or cos Ive turned my machine up to give more vape.

    Day 19

Have you noticed your clean clothes don't smell of smoke by lunchtime any more?

Perhaps this will have the added benefit of saving you in laundry costs too?

    Well done!

Whatever the reason for giving up it can only be a good thing - there aren't any downsides :)

Day 20 for me and still going strong, I just don't think about ciggies anymore, I know I have my vape but to me that's just the same as having a nicorette inhalor or patches, so I am very pleased with my progress so far xx

I only smoked a couple of packs a week but quit on 15th August and I know I'll never smoke again. I feel so much better. Get an app ... it's great to see how much progress you are making.
