Day 28! - the last day of Stoptober!

Congratulations to everyone that's stayed smoke-free to the end!
You definitely deserve a treat. Use the Demotivator to work out how much you've saved! :j

Yup, am still stopped - have passed on my tobacco 'reserve supplies' to a family member who wasn't ready to go for it this year (which might result in a decent xmas pressie in return from said relative, who knows? :rotfl:).

Bit concerned about substituting one addiction for another - could not get through the day without my e-cig now - but will deal with that later.

Have noticed I can now smell people who smoke tailor-mades, and it's pretty awful.

Don't know if my own taste buds are more sensitive, but my lungs are definitely clearer - for the first time in years I can sleep flat on my back without choking, which is great! :D

I feel the same Robin, but I'm happy with my e-cig for now, I will probably stop using that at some point, but not in the near future, I feel so much better being off the tabs, I swear my skin feels softer already lol

Whoop whoop!! That's me finished :) I'm over the moon to have completed Stoptober. No ciggies for me anymore. Vape stick has also been sidelined - so that's me a non smoker and non vaper too. Well done everyone.
Back to comping after a couple of years overseas
    Good Luck Everyone
