Very true. Unless they will allow it to be resubmitted.

Either way, Dunford is still wrong on the Road Traffic Enactments thing and it still needs escalating.

tl;dr ... did the OP even get a POPLA code? I thought the whole point was that UKPPO don't offer any form of ADR.

I guess if POPLA is being offered again then the OP can ask for a POPLA code (new) by emailing the BPA about it.

  • if one is offered and taken up on and submitted , then the new service will have to act as judge and jury regarding this and possibly a lot more airports.

do they have that power , to decide bylaw laws?

They used to offer ADR until (London Councils) POPLA said 'nothing to do with us guv' at which point UKPPO changed their paperwork to remove the bits about ADR.

If Dunford now thinks that (Ombudsman Services) POPLA will process these, then yes, the BPA need to tell UKPPO to issue a new code.

I can't see (Ombudsmen Services) POPLA wanting to adjudicate on (what they believe to be) byelaw issues, but there you go.

    Hello Again

I have emailed back to the DVLA with the points raised by HO87. I have backed that up with the facts that the same information has also gone to the ICO, my MP and the Chief Executive of DVLA Mr Oliver Morley (in writing).
A lot of historical references coming out in this thread which are a little confusing and not sure how they can help me?
I will keep escalating but as was mentioned earlier in the post more than once these organisations appear to be very slippery .
    Keep you posted

I got the latest reply from Dunford via the DvLA complaints procedure link albeit about 10 days overdue on their reply policy, but an apology came with it along with the fact they will look no further into this situation. ?

In which case you escalate. If he is the highest complaints point within DVLA (I'm not sure he is) then he needs to advise you of your escalation paths outwith DVLA.

Same here but OS have decided they will hear them - I have that from the BPA who also wanted old POPLA to hear them - and new UKPPO PCNs issued at this site will apparently offer POPLA again now.

So it is only fair that those victims who have fallen between the POPLA cracks should get a code too. There are loads of appeal points against these charges.

That's a Mag's job surely? That's why I am metaphorically raising an eyebrow at POPLA's decision to adjudicate on these.
