    Merry Christmas

Nothing on this issue for weeks now, but today I received a debt recovery letter from another company ?
    Zenith Collections...

    Thought this had gone away.
Hmmm...you would have known what to expect of you'd read any DRP threads. Why do you think Zenith are 'another company' seeing as the Zenith letters appear on every other DRP thread you may have cared to Google or read here on the forum?

Please no more updates about the usual letter chain.

The rest of the thread is very is relevant but not updates about these letters, please. SPARE US...sorry of that sounds harsh but it's because we've seen this for decade; there are thousands of threads here already and soooo easy to search for. Just search or Google it. This stage is nothing, please let's not hear about the letters again.

    Happy New Year.

I wonder if I am allowed to post this?

Received a letter from my MP, which included replies to her from DVLA who still maintain they have done nothing wrong, BPA who state that UKPPO Ltd are not members of BPA and therefore nothing to do with them.
More importantly though copy of correspondence from Park and Fly Newcastle Airport who have agreed to "rescind the parking control notice with immediate effect" (their words)

So thanks to those of on the forum for your support, knowledge, and encouragement and also the spelling and etiquette lessons.
Maybe nothing to some but success for me.

"Quickly, kill this ticket, he's asking too many awkward questions!"

Well done on getting it this far though. Keep that letter handy for when you receive the next Zenith letter.

    1) a lot of people think the DVLA have done something wrong though, despite their protestations to the contrary

    2) UKPPO are no longer members of the BPA but were members of the BPA when these issues arose, especially yours, they have left and gone to the IPC precisely because of the issues you raised

    3) well done, its obvious they did this to sever ties with the old problems as they are now hiding behind the IPC and dont want further investigations like yours

Great news! Well done for getting your MP involved, others could follow suit.
