From The Highway Code:
Surely no-one thinks that a broken white line separating the opposite directions of traffic can be called a 'central reservation'?
Who's talking of broken white lines?
Nobody has even mentioned that.

Some people think using lots of smilies makes their posts look witty and clever.
They are best ignored.
Take no notice of them. Don't respond or reply to their daft posts. Leave them to talk to themselves.

Have another look at the video. A broken white line can be clearly seen.
Perhaps you missed it earlier.
Why didn't you say you were referring to the video fGs?
The thick white line of the bus lane separates the lane next to it, the two lanes of the same direction.
That is a barrier, that indicates a dual carriageway.
Now, I'm getting bored.0 -

You are saying that this is a dual carriageway road where the bus lane is one carriageway and the other two lanes of traffic, travelling in opposite directions, are on the other carriageway.
So in your opinion the solid white line is the 'central reservation' - amazing.
And for clarity - I am referring to the video in the original post. Isn't that what we all should be discussing?0 -
