maybe they did Archi.. that would seem to be a very silly, and huge, mistake, but i find Nationwide to be very disorganised.0

Switch completed today. Look forward now in getting my £100 cheque.0

I tried to do this a while ago but like someone else I was transferred through to Nationwide but they wouldn't let me start the application as their link to the CRAs was down. Suggested I try again from 6am next day.
Completed the MSM/MSE form as OP it also wouldn't let me proceed as "that email address has already been used for this offer", so I reported this and was informed it would be reset their end. Sadly I was never allowed to use my email address so i gave up until I came here today.
So i tried again, had problem again with application but got through it using a different email address. So like the previous person
This post serves to aid in securing the £100 from MSM/MSE if there are problems later because I completed the form twice.
I also had issue with n/w site in that it would not recognise my exdistng account card but I 'll see how the application progresses there0 -

When I originally replied i had issues and in the end had to use a completely new email address. I contacted the cash back site and they deleted my previous email addresses.
One thing you need to make sure is if you already have an account with them ensure that the new email address corresponds with the one they already hold for you. Otherwise the cash back may not track properly.0 -
I just spotted this term
"You must complete the claim form with the information of the main account holder."
so i guess you may be right. I've already received an email from n/w on my original address. The sad thing is i've done everything i can to do this correctly but their systems are a little bit aggressive and i tried numerous times to get this sorted but to no avail and eventually resorted to using a different email.
I'll see what happens, if i don;t get the money then i guess that moneysupermarket will be up on the deal. I'm guessing that n/w are paying for this deal and ms are just giving away a part of the deal
If i don't get my money despite trying my hardest then i guess ultimately i will perhaps not trust mse quite so much.0 -
Another thing re-reading this pages entries i've tried 2 email
addresses the one that failed originally that I was informed was reset but never again worked and a completely new one after I got fed up of waiting for them to sort it out.
I never got any email response from MS/MSE front page by email at all on both occasions. Stet this i found the original email using my failed attempt email so i guess it might work if its the only link between systems.
The second one has gone through n/w and i am now waiting for ID letter - I have had a nationwide access of one kind since i first bought a house in 1979. I have had their internet banking since it began but despite this it decided i need to have a new internet access, we'll see what that one throws up.
One other curious thing was I tried to go through their front end and register using my existing flex account card but sadly their systems kept telling me it was not valid a bit curious that one - i'll check it when the new account is set up - i eventually ended up telling it I did not have a debit card and it completed.
I am now waiting to see if the transfer occurs.
I'm betting i don;t get the 100 quid though.0 -

Was that just to complete the form on the Moneysupermarket site or to apply for the account aswell?0
