    Evening all :hello:

Thank you Bossy for last week's thread and Natty for this week's.
CY - hope things went well for you today and some decisions reached

Couldn't get on here yesterday evening and been out most of the day today.

Had my hair highlighted and cut and then went shopping for a few things for DS.

Only flying done was dailies before I went out and then getting dinner and general kitchen re-tidy afterwards. So will have to play catch-up the morrow. On the other hand, I did a really good clean-up everywhere last week so not looking too bad.

Monday Mayhem - Living Room and Hall
Vacuum through the living room, hall and stairs
    Dusting, even if around everything
    Remove clutter
Clean all glass.. including the tv screen
    Wipe and water plants
Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself

Tuesday Trauma - Kitchen and Dining Room
    Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces
    Sweep and mop floors
    Clean the fridge
Wipe dining table.. (clean table cloth if necessary)
Dust any extra furniture in dining area, checking for cobwebs on way round
Wipe and replace all those small appliances.. kettle, microwave etc
Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances .. don't forget those kick boards..
Clean out your mankiest kitchen cupboard..
    Extra Mission:
Wipe down any tiles and shine those taps.. a toothbrush is great for cleaning away the gunk!
Wipe over the oven and hob
Empty the bin.. wash it out.. and make it smell SWEET

((hugs)), sticks and spoons for those needing some

Hope you all have a super Tuesday

Morning flyladies. Have been awake since 4.30 when DH got up, with paid stuff stress whirring around my head. Paracetamol now consumed, healthy breakfast eaten and about to start the madness.

Will be downstairs loo for me today before looking at the list. Slightly different routine as Littleydog is going for a hair cut mid morning so I don't need to fit in an early dog walk.

CY - hope yesterday went ok.

    Have a great day everyone.

  • Morning

Have emptied and refilled the dishwasher - should have done it last night really. Put a load of washing over the airer as it's pouring down here. Going straight to hospital with DS after work so wont get much flying done today. Thankfully the kitchen is reasonably OK.

Hugs to those juggling paid stuff/home stuff. As Bossy says just try not to stress too much.

    Morning all

Was greeted by four guilty furry faces this morning and a kitchen covered in feathers. I told them how naughty they had been and they all looked wide eyed as if to say it was not me. Floor has now been hoovered and mopped. DH asked if it was a pigeon; failed to see to relevence of what type of bird it was! (magpie ;) ).

Just waiting for the floor to dry then will empty DW and do a bit of governing stuff, need to go to work early to leave early to take DS3 to orthodentist.

CY hope yesterday went as well as it could

Dusty not the best wake up for you, they do manage to make a mess when they do that don't they. My cat bought a sparrow in once and left that all over the kitchen, I told him if he did it again he'd need to find somewhere else to live!!

Got five boxes of photos to sort through on the table so I ca swap them into their new storage and bin the old ones. Hospital appt with mil this afternoon and work between the two. will try and fit some flying in the day somewhere. Ds1 toe still not right so podiatrist wants to go back to weekly appt so with him.
Hugs good wishes posi vibes sticks and spoons for all who need/want them.
Get well coping and recovery vibes for all coping with those particular issues.

Morning all. What a wake-up, Dusty!

Hope the hospital visit gave you some positive answers, CY.

I didn't manage to do everything off my list yesterday, but I did actually start work on my last full set of boxes :)

    Today's plan:
    - send an email or three - two down, one to go
    - deal with the washing that was in the WM overnight - unfortunately the forecast is showers all day :(
    - SW this morning
    - vol job this afternoon
    - DH is out this evening, playing trains at the model railway club
    - fill in that :money: form and post it
    - write up Minutes of meeting
    - carry on with boxes: as far as I can see, it's only bits of printing and lots of laminating
    - not much cooking to worry about as we're eating up leftovers this week :)

Catch up later. (((Hugs))), spoons and sticks all round, as needed x

    Morning

Those were the days Dusty, :) I used to remember coming down to a kitchen full of either feathers, or body parts of some small critter, my 3 legged cat now only catches moths or butterflies, then crunches them all up!!

Ironing is all done and away.

Most photo more 'stuff' for ebay,as I seem to have bee ngiven 100 free listings for the 16th - 21st so best make use of them.

Off to watch OH and his bike ride at Silverstone for about 1 to 2 hours, he is there all day, but I think 2 hours max will be enough for me, he has already rung and asked me to bring a flask of tea for him as they are charing £1.50 per cup of tea, and you have to make it yourself!!! (he is learning to be MSE, but boy it has taken years!!)

Ok, so I haven't tackled the list, but I have done the downstairs loo, quickly hoovered the LR, done 15 mins on the rebounder and had a bath and hair wash.

Paid stuff now. Day off tomorrow thank goodness.

    Catch you all later.
Spend less now, work less later.
  • Morning fly-folks! Well, nothing really achieved last night other than kitchen quickly swished. Although did scrub the sink, so that's one off the list. Posting a l;ist that will be tackled over the week as flying will definitely not get done today other than dailies. OH is picking me up straight from work and we're heading to the footie, so won't be back home until 10pm-ish.

Monday Mayhem - Living Room, Hall and Stairs
    Level 1

Vacuum the hall and stairs (did the LR at the weekend)
    Level 2
    Dusting, even if around everything
Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe
Clean windows and all glass.. including the tv screen
[STRIKE]Clear the mantel and only put back the items which are supposed to be there.. and that doesn't include letters, keys or other treasure![/STRIKE]
    Level Three
    Water (all) plants
Put all your hotspots in one pile and work your way through it..
    Change the bed

    Extra Mission:
    • Have a bit of a tidy in the cupboard under the stairs.:eek::eek:
