First NSD of the month! :TBeen to the cinema but I have an Unlimited card which I pay for monthly, and we sneaked in some "contraband" sweeties as I refuse to pay their wildly inflated prices. No online Christmas shopping today so I'm very pleased. Booked tickets for another couple of films as well, so I'm getting out and about but only having that one payment.3-6 month EF Challenge Member #19: £3590/£6000.[/B] Craft destash from 22.5.22: 46/200. @Misty & @Dizzy, I'm so sorry to hear of the awful time you are going through. This year just seems to have been rotten for so many people I know! Here's hoping 2016 brings you both better times.
I dragged myself out for a shop today, despite having combined my cold (which I have had all week) with a slight hangover (from my best friend's birthday drinks which turned out to be much boozier than expected)! I spent £27 (on fruit, veg to make soup, milk, bread, biscuits, bacon and eggs), which leaves me reAlly well placed for the rest of the month. i'll only need a smallish shop next weekend, unless I spot some lucky bargains.2025 goals

It feels like ages since I've popped my head in the door! Hello everyone :hello:
Aiming for my normal target of £220 as due to stressful family situation I'm not sure where I'll be over Christmas so just going to keep going and if it ends up being beans on toast at home on the 25th then that's fine. Hoping for sunnier days in 2016!!!
Sorry to hear about your flood Dizzy hope it all gets sorted.0 -
