No hun, I'm really sorry, it hasn't. Sometimes they do deliver the parcels a bit later in the day, but the normal postie has been and gone.

Bloody Royal Mail.........I'll PM you what I sent you......it's a week now, I even put my address on it as a return address. i'm kicking myself I didn't send it recorded.

I did think about kicking up a big fuss, but they are the same people who will be looking after Ryan if he IS diagnosed, so I want to try and stay on good terms with them if at all possible. I will just ring them every day until they give in and call me back. And if that doesn't work, I will start ringing twice a day....then 3 times.....

oh snaggles i'm sorry hun don't cry your better than that.
ring and leave a message or whatever every hour on the hour you must of learnt by now 'whoever shouts the loudest' in the nicest possible way of course.
i didnt want to get too personal earlier with the toilet thing but i was going to say i'm sure it was the community nurse that rreferred/applied whatever the word is and i did get free nappies 5 packs every so often ask you never know xx

I used to think that, and found they walked all over me. Last week I met my consultant again - the one I said was shiite, his offerings useless to me, and his administration incompetetant - and he was nice as nine-pence to me...

And ironically, he may have offered something of use to me. Maybe.

Fantastic result - I do hope it is of use to you. To be honest, if they mess me around much more, I will probably be just about annoyed enough to kick some a$$ without worrying about the consequences! :cool:
