Thanks for asking about my ds hun. He isn't in a band- it's just him and his guitar. He has made a demo cd but hasn't done any gigs for a while as he was too busy over Xmas New Year etc working at his 'proper' job in a restaurant. Hope he starts looking for gigs again soon.
Oh sorry - I just assumed he was in a band!

What sort of stuff does he play?

He plays & sings mostly his own stuff. His demo is all his own work. I'm soooo proud of him. His favourite artist to 'cover' is Ryan Adams - not Bryan ! lol You could check out Ryan Adams on Youtube .

  • Good moring Snaggles my lovely friend,
DS was up this moring before 6 (AH!) and soaked thru. He really needs to be potty trained but I also want to get this diabetes thing checked out-he just drinks gallons a day.
So, here I am in my pj's catching up *sigh*

Morning hun! Ryan isn't dry at night so I can sympathise. He uses Pyjama Pants, because he gets little enough sleep as it is without having to have his clothes/bad changed during the night. He's quite a lot older than your gorgeous little man though. I would ask the doctors about him drinking so much if you are worried. I know you don't give them fizzy drinks, so it can't be those making him feel thirsty.

Off to do the school run now, hope you have a lovely day xxx

    MORNING:hello:

snaggles do you get any help with 'toilet aids' with ryan?

my boy was about 7/8 when he was dry at night and we were able to get help with nappies/waterproof sheets etc.

things may have changed in 8/10 years so if i'm talking rubbish i apoligise :o
  • Morning Snags.. just catching up! How's everything with you and Stu? STILL no news on Ryan!! What a nightmare!! They must know how much you'll be worrying about it???

He went to an enuresis clinic but they just told us to come back when he was 7 (he was 6 and a bit ). But at that point I hadn't realised there was a link with autism/toilet issues. So I'm going to see if they can treat it as a whole 'package' now, rather than go back to the clinic.

I will look into whether or not there is any financial help available, because it costs about £40 a month which is a big chunk of our budget. Thanks.

Hiya! Nope, still nothing. I'm going to give them till 11.30am (as the estate agent is coming at 11am), and then I will ring them.

When they weren't able to tell me anything last week they were really apologetic and said they would definitely ring on the 21st so I wouldn't have to just wait and wonder when I would hear from them.
