    I've got an unexpected day off today and can't decide what to do with it so I made a :coffee: and decided to catch up on threads whilst i thought about it :o

    PS I'm not shy in the classic sense but I still have those "shy" feelings - I just overcompensate to the extent that I don't seem shy. On the Compare People thing on Facebook I'm about number 3 for confidence so evidently it's working! (if only they knew! :D )

    I don't know who else I would speak to really - she's the one that is dealing with our case. I could hardly hold back my tears speaking to the receptionist, and said it felt like torture. She laughed....:mad: (maybe she thought I was cracking a joke, but I'm pretty sure she could tell I was crying)

    I've left a message for her to call me but she's out all day at a medical centre somewhere.
