Hey Snaggles, it's right enough what Z says (isn't he always bl**dy right!) You should phone up again and ask the receptionist what the complaints procedure is, and then i bet you will get some news pretty darn quick.... complaints are so cumbersome to deal with, that places like that always try to head them off at the verbal stage, so i would call again. With a bit of luck the receptionist will catch the woman at lunch....
But as someone else so lovely put it..... Ryan will still be Ryan, and i think knowing will make you feel better but it won't alter anything you are doing cause you are getting everything so right already....
