Awww, thank you, you're really kind. I'm okay, angry feelings subsiding now and I'm calming down. I've waited 2 years so another few days wont make any difference I suppose. :rolleyes:

Ring them up, and ask about their complaints procedure. You'll be phoned first thing tomorrow morning, with what you want to know, and a denial they ever said they'd ring you.
