I've used shower gel and liquid handwash for years. I am actually surprised that so many people still use soap

I love soap here... Coal Tar Soap, Pear's Soap and Shield Soap. And how can I forget the blocks of Imperial Leather with the label that always floated off when you left it in the bath too long!
It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.
  • I love Dove shea butter soap two bars from Poundland I like the original Dove too. The only shower gel I really like is Simple the one with mint and aloe extracts. Soap is better for showering and bathing and I prefer Lidl's cien sensitive hand wash for the kitchen and bathroom.
Britain is great but Manchester is greater
  • Of course people still use soap. It's only because you dont want visitors to think you are a cheapskate that you are prepared to spend a fiver on a posh tub of shower gel

I use the original Dove soap with my exfoliating gloves, and have done so for years.

I honestly cant think of the last time I used shower gel. All I can remember is that a bar of soap lasted much longer than shower gel.

Always soap for me - Akamuti Organic Coconut soap bar, one of the very few things to which my very sensitive skin doesn't react. Very mild and gentle white soap.

I use both. Dettol soap first and then shower gel. Am I weird?
