Deadline from Debt collectors approaching

Btw I never wanted to pay debt collectors, was reading on this forum and downloaded some word format that without court action I am not going to pay anything not to bother me again after first letter and after last two I am not getting in touch as per your advice and I know you are suggesting not to pay, am not going to pay, just am informing about third letter.

Seriously, don't bother communicating with them. It'll just prolong the hassle for another few months. (They'll think they have a worrier on the hook, so a little more pressure might make them fold and pay).

The more letters they send, the more it costs them. So they only continue to send letters after the first few months if they think they've got a bite.

Any tips for defence in advance are appreciated, will put my mind into more peace... and can discuss my thoughts if PPS will decide for court action and at least I will not panick too much, too...:-)

Your defence will depend on the current state of everything at the time - the Beavis result and so on. I wouldn't worry about it until you get a letter before action/claim or an actual claim. It might never happen.

That only happens if you receive valid Court papers or LBCC. We've all repeated this since you found mse. We understand what this does to you. That's one of their tactics, to harass and intimidate you.

I hope you use other parts of mse, too. There's so much other useful info.
