Deadline from Debt collectors approaching

Options
Hello, I got fine in 01/2014 for ticket expired with PPS, appealed to Popla, refused, wanted to pay £10, not accepted, wanted £100 from initial £60, nowadays via DRP £160 in one week, otherwise court action. Replied no money without court, harassment, on personal level discrimination because of equality act 2010, as I wanted to pay reasonable amount covering administration cost, postage, as 8 minutes would be loss of 0.12£, but £10 was not enough... Landowners changed as per signage there nowadays, so I cannot ask to cancel, either.
Mitigating factors, feeling unwell and fit to drive, extended parking, found out about penalty, so courtesy time in private parking is probably zero?...
It is simply bullying and earning money from honest drivers, as there was plenty of space for other drivers, so am not sure and I wanted to come to some conclusion with offering £10, maybe should offer £30 or so, am not sure to avoid hassle with court, but am confident that in our case we had genuine reason and purchased another ticket and time is within 10 minutes, so the loss is clearly 0.12£ except from administration costs, postage, which I had to pay when offered cheque for £10, too and time is money, so maybe I should ask for £100 because of bullying and being greedy?????. Thank you for your help :T

Premier parking solutions, ticket 05/01/2014, first letter from DRP 11/8/2015 as in 2014 I appealed to Popla and it was rejected( hope correct English), so £100 because of that, which I do not think is fair only because driver feel got ticket for too much ( within 10 minutes for genuine reasons should be tolerance, but should...).Ticket on front windscreen.
  • was there a ticket on the car ?

did premier parking solutions send you a letter between a month and 2 mths later?

who cage you a code number to appeal to popla , ? as the appeal actually to popla or someone else?

when did popla hear your appeal , when did the write back

hell this is hard work , what was the popla code number you were given.

I think you are misunderstanding a few things and possibly making things worse

op - can you break your text and space it please, for ease of reading?

Stop talking about 'fair' or any other mitigating circs. They count for nothing with anyone, neither with lowlifes NOR with popla.

If you didn't follow established popla appeal procedure as advised here, this probably explains yoiur appeal failure.

You beat private parking scumpanies with legal points, pure and simple.
They're all tried and tested here, so read the newbie stickies again slowly, absorbing what you read.

Put Premier Parking Solutions in the Search box. Learn to use forum tools. They are your friends.

Never phone debt collectors. The only thing you need respond to now is an LBC or MCOL. [Learn what these mean from the stickies.] Then come back here.

I, too, asked about windscreen ticket, timeline/origin of comms, but for some reason, that has been erased from body of #5.

I appealed to them, they gave me code, then to Popla 02/2014
I will read a bit more to understand better and not waste anybody's time...
