The thing that made me grin, was when she served the fish and chips in a bowl.... surely fish and chips is a plated meal!
I liked the look of some of the recipes as well, especially the Moroccan spiced vegetable casserole.
I don't do Facebook myself, but I'll have a look on the net for similar recipes
Have enjoyed watching this series although I don't think any of it is news or rocket science to regular visitors on here. The woman this week was great 'oh...sliced cheese, oh...doughhhballlllls' :rotfl:
Most of what the show in the programme isn't new to me, but I did just buy some frozen pollock (because lidl didn't have any other frozen white fish) instead of chilled hake with a posh knob of herb butter, thinking 'I can make my own herb butter for some and breadcrumb some others' I even have Italian cheese in the fridge. So I guess that did make me think. :AFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I know what you mean but I wouldn't eat anything that needed cutting with a knife from a bowl. I eat things like pasta or stir fry from a bowl.0 -
Last week's family bought doughballs too....I must say I can't understand the attraction! What's meant to be so delicious about them?0

I rarely use a knife. I curl up on the end of the sofa with a bowl and a fork0 -

I've never had a doughball in my life - I'm not even sure when they are served. Are they are starter, or a side to a main meal?Early retired - 18th December 2014

Garlic dough balls are to die for! They sell them at most supermarkets, and pizzerias:p"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"
