Another good one last night.
Hope they get their holiday soon. Nice family.0 -
Some nice recipes on last night's program that I'd like to try, I wish they'd put them on the website

Yes I thought that, especially when they went to the fish canning place and the guy showed all the recipes using tinned fish.
Any idea where we could find those......0 -

I thought the woman was a bit annoying at first, but I did warm to her in the end.
The thing that made me grin, was when she served the fish and chips in a bowl.... surely fish and chips is a plated meal!
I liked the look of some of the recipes as well, especially the Moroccan spiced vegetable casserole.
I don't do Facebook myself, but I'll have a look on the net for similar recipesEarly retired - 18th December 2014

I thought much the same but those frozen cod fillets come in all sorts of odd shapes and sizes so don't look too pretty on a plate. I buy them because they taste just the same but can be £5-6 per kg compared with anything up to £14-£15 per kg buying from the 'fresh' counter. So probably a good idea to disguise misshapen pieces that you might cut up to equalise the portions.
ETA: here's the cod recipe
