Still waiting for smear test results, should be here by next week.

Still waiting for new staff discount card I ordered 2 weeks ago, most annoying as they cancelled my old card so can't use that number and can't get discount till it comes

Apart from that not much going on xxx

WaS, that's absolutely the right thing to do! And it will be your last gift to WaSp! I got myself sorted some years ago! Slight penguin about WaS' post: Let's just say I will end up being tree food in a pretty little woodland! :T:T:T End penguin.

I'm just quite pleased that the nice lady bit got stuck in there first. I've had enough now though, and just want to lie down somewhere, possibly on a chaise longue like a lady of old whilst dabbing my temples with something soothing and being fed tea in a proper cup and saucer.:)
    Right you are then, ma'am!

We submitted an application for my son in May 2015. Spoke to Maximus today (they do the assessment) and they confirmed his file is still with them but could give me no indication of when it might progress. Be prepared for the prospect of a long wait. :(

Hello Budget_mum! That sounds like a very long wait! How can they justify that? It's disgraceful!

    I love

  • Hahahaha! Thank you, MU and JM! My friend says both positions are open and it will be a while until it set up so I have time to choose which role would be best suited for me. I am quite excited about it!

Aw, that's lovely Pyxis! I would have opted for something like that myself but for me personally, I can be far more useful to people this way and I really like the thought that I will be helping people.

WaS, sounds like a great plan! I keep meaning to make a list of important things for DH just in case. Most of the bills are in his name anyway, mine will be more like 'Cancel my subscriptions', 'Empty my PayPal account and treat yourself to something nice', 'Don't bin my craft stuff, donate it to a worthy cause - it's worth WAY more than I told you it is!' :p

Hahahahaha! That made me laugh, Birdie! I have left a section for WaSp that says donate my cuddly toys to charity shops and/or hospitals, do not throw them away!

  • Good thing, MU! Now have you changed the font and made it pretty colours yet? These things are vital! :rotfl:

Hello, Dragonette! We miss you! Thank you, I do hope I am useful to the project whichever role I take eventually. As long as I can keep it to 4 hours a week I should be fine, I just need to be very firm that I won't work over that. Having my close friend as one of the organisers helps with that!

We miss you code and melly, too!
