Thank you for hugs and words of support.

I have eaten a meal tonight that so far has stayed in!

DH told me I have been extremely hard work tonight.

We have been doing bits of tidying and putting away. I came across a catalogue for this website, which looks to be quite a pleasant browse (quote code BPL34A for 20% off the items in the paper catalogue - don't know how that translates to the website itself ie it may not be on all products):

thanks flybaby..Tory, I'm so sorry to hear that the movie triggered the pain of not having children..
I went through premature at 38 and I was so devastated, as my ex and I were trying for a baby and back then, before my mental health went down the pan, being a mum was the only thing I ever wanted. . It does get easier over time, but there are inevitable triggers. It sounds like it really hit home to you tonight. It is a form f grief and grief is complex and not linear... It's going through the grief graph, of shock, sadness, anger, bargaining etc, , and any of those emotions can emerge, I don't know your situation but I promise it does get easier. I know iy's not the same but do you have any pets? My 3 cats have really helped . Animals are so wonderful :) x

Faerie, it didn't go white because you didn't type within the colour code words.

If you use the quote function on your post, , you'll see the following:-

then your typing starts.

Your typing should have started within the two sets of square brackets:-

typing should be here

(By the way, I have deliberately spelled one 'Colour' the English way, as if I had used the American spelling, you wouldn't have seen it, it would have whited out!)

Faerie, if you're able to get a private appointment then it might be worth it. You shouldn't have to, but if you need to do something to put your mind at rest, needs must. Otherwise, is there an option to go on the cancellations list if you can get there at short notice?

First scary road trip of the week done....will be glad when Friday gets here!

Although have my first counselling session on Friday evening so I may not be saying that later!!
• thanks Pyxis.. Elsein, I'm going to try and scrape the money together to see him privately, as I will be out of my mind with worry if I don't. Plus it will speed up him ordering a ct scan if he thinks i need one x

How you feeling today WW? Hopefully the crème egg will help! :D

Yesterday's dinner consisted of two chocolate brioche rolls and two packets of French fries... that counts as a balanced diet right?!

Mmmmm, creme eggs!!
I saw a recipe on facebook yesterday for a creme egg scotch egg, I might have to make some for Easter Sunday. Seeing as I've given up chocolate for Lent the amount I'm going to eat over that weekend will be disgusting :D

Tea, the fact that it was 2 of each thing means it's definitely very well balanced.
