WaS, have a massive hug and squish.

You need to take it easy. And only do the minimum that is needed to get you through the day.

Not sure why but my sleep is all over the place again. Amazed I even got up today and did anything.

  • You did get up though, calley so be proud of yourself for that!

I couldn't do much even if I wanted to. Just sitting here staring at the laptop suddenly my head spins and the whole world turns upside down for a few seconds, if I am standing at the time I need to grab something fast. Plus I can't stay awake at all, to say I'm sedated is an understatement. I likely will reach my usual point where I throw my toys out of the pram and tell my psychiatrist I can't live like this and I need to drop it back down NOW! But I am trying to hold out until the ESA assessment is complete because it is stopping the paranoia and anxiety plus my hallucinations are minimal. Poor WaSp mumbled earlier that he hardly sees me because I am sleeping so much, I thought it was sweet, he misses me!

I am really annoyed. Someone has put a picture of me on Facebook without even asking me. Am I overreacting? I don't even do facebook.

  • Ugh, you aren't overreacting at all Torry, I wouldn't like that either. Can you ask them to take it down?

I will ask them to remove it but just wanted someone to confirm that I wasn't overreacting.

I don't think so either, Torry. I don't post pictures of myself online, so I'd prefer that other people don't either. Unless it's a group picture from one of the dog walking groups which there's not much say over but then I don't want people identifying it as me. I'm not on Faceache under my real name, which helps.
It can be hard to avoid nowadays, though. When Gitdog got his silver award the training school put up the presentation photos. Which does make me wonder how many photos are out there that I don't know about, friend's birthdays, occasions, whatever.

Not at all Torry. It's completely up to you if you want any photos on the internet or anywhere else. They should have checked with you before posting it.

No you are not. I don't do face book but my husband does. And his daughter does which is good as we get a supply of videos and photos of the his grand daughter.

They should have asked permission. Hence why I asked my husband the other day if I could put up our wedding photo. He has his photo all over the place on face book and other websites due to various things he is involved in. But still asked.
