Odd though this will sound enforced no contact is a blessing.
Seeing each other drags it out and means the feelings don't settle.

You have to remember that it hasn't been very long, you had the period where he still lived in the house where you were together but not its going to be a bit swirly round your head.

Chase. Then you'll know where you stand one way or the other which means you're not hanging around wondering what's going on and you know where to focus your energies. And you might get a bit of feedback out of them which is better than an unhelpful silence.

Although that might just be me because I hate being left in limbo and not knowing what's going on.

Let's see whether they actually get back to the agency even.

    Oddest process ever.

I'm still feeling really scared about eviction, it's really affected my mental health, as is having no hot water to wash.I've had to make myself do the forms to see if I can get up to bad A , I hate form filling, it's stressful. I also had to reapply for housing benefit top u, another form. I've got a gp appnt tomorrow, I'm going to ask to see a psyc. I haven't seen one since dec 2014. I spoke to Shelter again today, she thinks that it will be hard to get up to band A because I have no mental health worker to back me up, but the fact that I've not had help for 5 years has made my mental health deteriorate

Shelter have a legal department that can argue banding.
I'd you tell them you have no hot water?

Any advice for coming off tramadol, I think I maybe abusing it slightly.

And have you seen the story about complex migraine and stroke risk increased by a third?

thanks melly, I am in the middle of writing a letter stating that I have no hot water. If you want to withdraw off tramadol, do it very slowly, set an alarm to go off to remind you to take it every 4 hours and taper it off slowly and regularly
