and everyone reading this - you are all part of the reason why I still go and why I can feel proud of our achievements rather than dismissing it as something that happened by pure chance.

I'll be lying down in the duvet fort if anyone needs me!

littlewing started when she was 4, although for her initially it was just about being able to stand in line and have a go because she was shy.

I promised her that we will go to China for a holiday when we get our black belts.

Tea, not sure if I have any more advice than already has been offered, because they say it all really. What I will say, is if you do decide to meet him somewhere to talk, please take someone with you who can hover in the background, but is there for you if you need them. Not that I'm recommending it at all, as I think you should at least wait until you've spoke to Police Baby again. But if you were to, I just want you to be safe.

Still awake can't turn brain off

Plus point completed mandatory reconsideration so will post tomorrow

OH said he's scared to squish incase he breaks a rib which is bad I am going to shower tomorrow haven't since Sunday I think because I don't want to see myself.
