Firstly, remember to remind yourself that firstly you need to look after YOURSELF in order to be able to look after any of your clients, and secondly that you had to leave your lovely clingy client in order to spread yourself around and give loads of help to loads of people. xxxxxx

Sorry, that's all very patronising but have loads of squishes and send lovely blue light to your clingy client who wanted you to stay.

Secondly - beans on toast today. The slow cooker should be oK for tomorrow or even the next day, if tomorrow is a fast day!

I didn't tell him. He saw it on my phone when he was being nosey but I told him I'm just a lurker. I can't let off steam when he's annoying if I think he's reading this.

The trouble with unhealthy eating is that you can't go..cold turkey! You can't even give up food addiction without mentioning food!
