Right she's just pulled up with the kid no car seat, no driving licence and she really can't drive so do I report it?

Definitely report her Melly. Idiots like that shouldn't get away with driving with no licence (and no test I take it?) they could potentially cause harm to innocent people, not to mention her own child that isn't even strapped in correctly.

Watched her finish a driving lesson Wednesday and get on the car Thurs morning
So no no licence our road is a cul De sac and the bottom where we are is where the kids play on their bikes and stuff. She bombed round this morning at way past 20 mph (speed limit where we are) in the wrong gear and had trouble stopping.

Gonna go the crimestoppers route
