Oh Melly, poor you. I have no practical advice to give you, except somehow you need to have time to rest. Would it be a very bad thing if your OH voluntarily checked into a MH unit to treat the OCD or would he not do that? You can't continue this way.

You are broken and need to be fixed. But you can only do that if you have strength to do it. But you can't as you are to busy firefighting other peoples issues. At the moment you are the most important person in your life.
