WaS, it would have gone down that way whether you met him or not. He chose an option that was best for him. It's not a curse you have or what happens to people who meet you. None of the people you know who have done this did it because of you.

WaS, I promise it's not your fault. I promise it never was your fault.

Now here is a sloth. Because sloths.

    I stretched the thread. Sorry.

  • Try not to worry Georgie, D will find something easily if he needs to. Anyone linked to this thread seems to have more job offers than they know what to do with! We certainly are a lucky bunch.
    ?

I like that way of thinking! Fingers crossed he does, or else I fear he's going to go into a low way :(

WaS, totally not your fault. I can see why it's affected you though. Apparently he went happy surrounded by his friends playing his favourite video game.

Hugs Melly. Puts a right downer on things when your OH turns into a grumpy so and so doesn't it?

Just been watching 'Trust me I'm a Doctor'. Quite interesting actually, and one guy nearly made me choke on my tea when he said "I'm about as fit as a pork scratching" :rotfl: Now watching CBB.

WaS, we tend to befriend and be attracted to people with mindsets similar to our own. That could be why.:A

    Happy birthday welly .

I have decided being organised is overrated. I decided to start tomorrow nights tea early, so it just needs reheating. End result - a burnt out saucepan, a house full of smoke and no tea for tomorrow after al. And the realisation that my smoke detectors didn't. I'm going back to making it up as I go along.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

That might come in handy Melly. I'll keep that in mind thanks :)

Elsien your a genius as you have now learnt that your smoke alarms need replacing had you not tried to make dinner early you wouldn't have known.

If OH continues he's going to be very lonely and probably have some broken limbs
