Another one here who couldn't sleep last night and had a weird dreams. I think I finally was dropping off when it jolted me awake. Think I saw every hour. Feel shattered now, I hate it when I can't drop off.

I've just woken up after being awake most of the night. Back went (no idea why, didn't do lifting or anything stupid), so I spent the night counting the minutes between painkillers.

Was just starting to think the same thing! Maybe something to do with atmospheric pressure?! Or maybe just feeling restless and overthinking in my case! Does seem strange though!
Hope your back is feeling better this morning.0 -
I'm another one that slept poorly last night, my plan for sleeping in at catching up with a series of bad nights in the last few days was foiled by being awake before my normal time to get up for work (0630).
Have to admit the interminable rain and greyness is wearing rather thin now. Discovered yesterday that it was raining inside my car:eek: , so need to try and figure out what that's all about, but not today as it's far to wet to contemplate going out the front door!Proud member of the wokerati, though I don't eat tofu.Home is where my books are.Solar PV 5.2kWp system, SE facing, >1% shading, installed March 2019.Mortgage free July 20230 -
Quite funny in retrospect. Lying on the floor hurt less than anything else, but that brought a very confused but still playful Gitdog into the equation.
I want to take my decs down today, but that's probably not going to help. Hoovering is out. Ironing maybe?
Mellymoo, brain rat is a good description. It might help when people are back at work and you can start contacting people properly.
Eta - ono, does your car have a sunroof? If so check round the aerial. You've just reminded me I was going to sort out the car for bad weather - blanket etc in case it goes pear shaped. In previous years I was able to walk to work if the snow was bad.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

DH has vetoed most of my brilliant ideas. We decided to put everything back into its normal place today and leave the reorganisation to another weekend. I always get way too enthusiastic about how much we can actually achieve in one day.
I feel quite sad about littlewing going back to school this week.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0
