What shall I ask for reason for leaving
Mutual Consent sounds like I did something. Failed probationary is a no. Help0 -
Thanks for all the kind words and hugs.
I love you guys and am so grateful to you all, you're all such beautiful people. (((Hugs))) We went to where we scattered his ashes and then to the Crem.
Sorry to hear you're still experiencing problems with your FOH tea
Melly, hope things pick up for you soon
Ace of Spades was the first song that my best mate moshed too! I didnt want to lose any brain cells, so refrained from doing it!Agree with what you say above code, about rocker dudes being some of the most kindest gentlest blokes around. There was never any trouble at rock night, but there was in non rocker pubs.
Looks like one of the ugly sisters (my uncles BIL) has gone down with a chest infection or something, so it looks like he won't be doing the New Years Dip. I think my Uncle has a stand in though! He showed me his outfit today....I can't wait to see him in it, pink dress, red wig and all! :rotfl:0 -
Hope your day has been ok georgie (as ok as it can be in the circumstances) and that you've been able to share some happy memories. xx0

Thanks teaPlenty of tears of course, but also some laughs too when we reminisced about places we'd been to and things he'd done and said! Can't believe it's been a year already, time flies by so fast it's scary

Thanks Hun :A
Bought a big box of Thorntons chocolates from Tesco because "they're only £3" and "it's still Christmas". So, dive in people, help yourself! Have a Fireball Whiskey whilst you're there!
I'm currently being quite good with my new addiction to tangerines/Satsumas, the sourer the better!0 -
I think end of contract for reference0

Can they call it redundancy melly?
I am miffed. I spent ages on those hampers and other gifts for family members and their children. On Christmas day I dropped them round but didn't have time to stay to watch them being opened. Only one has bothered to say thank you. Grrr. Its not that I want poetry written but surely a text or facebook mail doesn't take that much time?Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -

I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

Yes, I like that reason melly. Sounds perfectly acceptable in the approach to Christmas.
Hooray to all policemen and ladies, tea, even the 12 year olds. Hooray also to your Happy Kissmas!
Georgie, I hope you start to feel more at peace now all the horrible firsts are out of the way.
My mother had at shouting fit at lunch today because I suggested she went to the doctor(??!!!)- stormed off, came back then shouted at her sister and then stormed off again. I think my mother has undiagnosed borderline personality disorder. Anyway, littlewing eventually managed to smooth things over so we all managed a cup of tea before we went home.
I went and got most of next year's Christmas and birthday cards. That was a mammoth task but saves me a fortune in time and money compared to buying through the year. So I am pleased.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -

*whiskey coming through for Torry* It's got cinnamon in and it just gives it a little bit of a kick, but not too much!
Code, I would be miffed too. I mean how hard is it to drop a quick text or email? I think if people don't do it straight away, as days go on it slips their mind. Not that that is an excuse of course, as I hate bad manners when people can't even say thank you.
I hope your Mum is ok WW. Do you think she'll go when she calms down?0
