Just watched Muppets Christmas Carol! Usually gets me in a Christmas mood, but this time it just made me cry when Beaker gave Scrooge his scarf! I'm such a sap lol!

Can you block his number? He reminds me of an ex of mine who was dismissive of me when we were together but after we split up because I left I couldn't peel him off me. He didn't want me, he just couldn't stand the thought that I didn't want him. In the end I had to be pretty horrible by my standards to make him stop. It got almost stalkerish in the end when he started turning up in my local pub in London when he lived miles outside of the city, I flipped out at him when he saw my flatmate in the pub one evening while I was at work and TOLD her that he would stay overnight in my room until I got home from work in the morning! She was as freaked out as I was.

It does sound creepy, tea. I can actually see why you are thinking of contacting his mum.

Ignoring isn't getting through so just replied saying please leave me alone and move on. Got a reply 2mins later saying his mum got me a Christmas present. !!!!!!?! The guy could sit in the house we shared and not say a civil word to me for an entire weekend, but now he won't leave me alone. !!!!!!! creep.

Ugh, broken record technique tea! Everything he texts from now on once a day just say leave me alone. Ignore the rest of the texts. Just tell him daily to go away and have no other communication. I would say ignore all texts but I tried that with stalker ex and he used it as an excuse to turn up because he thought something was wrong. So I would say go away once a day is the limit.

It gets better. His last message mentions pof and my profile photo on there! I am now beyond creeped into downright freaked out, not least because he still has keys!

Oh gawd. Definitely cut all contact at this point other than telling him to go away. He sounds obsessed. Are you sure no mutual friend could be telling him anything? It is possible that he is scouring the internet to find you of course. Seriously tea, would you feel better changing locks or putting a chain on the door at least?

I'm now really worried because he knows I'm out tonight - have got it in my head that he's going to let himself in and take P cat. Which is paranoid I know but he's really freaked me out. I can change the lock in the front door tomorrow but the back is PVC and I think that's harder to do. Will have to see if I can work out how to change the garage alarm code as you can only get to the back door through the garage.
