Ooh that does not sound very pleasant Calley!

I keep meaning to mention this but forget, but does anyone watch Community? I've been catching up with it on Netflix... there are a few episodes where they build a giant blanket fort! :D

I was more annoyed than anything else. For a few seconds I thought he he bumped me as he went past. But not.

Oh I love those blanket forts. I want one now :rotfl:

Am feeling like a total slug today, totally bleugh, cba to do much at all. I feel so tired and bleary eyed. Am trying to drink more water as I don't think I drink enough fluid. I actually find it quite hard to drink a lot, I'm never really thirsty, which I think is actually one of the signs of dehydration.

Eta those blanket forts look awesome Birdie!

Aw, Calley I am so sorry that happened. You are safe with us.

Update on the sleep and psychosis trial- I have to read a book about the techniques used and have an online assessment with a professor within the next month. They will then tailor the trial to suit my specific problems, although the general programme will be the same for all participants using the same CBT techniques. There is face to face therapy available throughout which is voluntary if you feel that you need more support. I need to keep a sleep diary from two weeks before I start the trial and then throughout it including a record of how many dreams I remember and the nature of them. I also need to record the times I sleep and any evidence of sleep walking or abnormal behaviours during sleep.

It looks good! Slightly hard work but good!

Work Xmas party was awkward. I stuck it out for a couple of hours but felt the odd one out so left early.

Now playing with escapette and feeling a lot better.

Well done on giving it a go welly. If it's anything like the work things I go to everyone else was probably thinking they were the odd one out too.

I always found work social events difficult anyway. I wanted to get on well with people but it was hard not to feel guilty about even more time away from a young child. It's not so bad when the child is old enough to talk to you because you can at least phone or text if you want.

Eugh, am so annoyed! Ordered takeaway via hungry house (first time). Food took 90mins, half of the order is missing and the rest is just grim. Phoned the shop, got a mouthful of abuse and told I could whistle for a refund. Marvellous.

Charming!! I'd be so tempted to go down and ask for a refund, telling them if they didn't comply, then I'd be going to trading standards! It's the principal of the thing.

Well done on at least giving it a go Welly :)
