I'm sorry the news wasn't better Georgie. Fly's correct in that the company has to do this 30 day consultation period (I've been through, and survived it, about 4 times with my company!) and it's 30 days minimum, it could drag on longer which could be a good thing or a bad thing. There should be help with finding and applying for new jobs so make sure your DH takes advantage of that. I haven't heard of pod working either, what is it?

I'm not really sure what pod working is tbh Birdie? I think it's so everybody supposedly works more efficiently and bounces ideas of each other and stuff like that?

We'll be alright for quite a while as he gets a really good redundancy package, but it's all change, and that's scary! :eek:
