  • We've made lots of flavoured vodkas to go in hampers and I've been using kilner style bottles but have now run out of bottles. Any ideas where I can get cheapish bottles? (WW, looking at you!)
Also, how soon in advance can I make gingerbread men?

Asda and IKEA both do decent ones.

I'm contemplating joining a gym (again)

There is one next to work, and we get discount as staff, its £21 a month and that includes gym and classes (yay they do zumba), my theory is as its right near work i'll have no excuse not to exercise and can do it before or after work

I miss doing exercise and need to get back into it :)

It will probably help with the anxiety MU. Zumba would be great. Would after work help you be less stressed about the transport.

Also what is the cancellation policy? How long are you tied in for eg if you got relocated?

Its a no contract one, which is great as if i leave i'm not tied in to a contract :)

I do miss zumba, where i used to go was a pain to get to cos of working the nights its was on which is why i had to give it up.

I;d happily get up a it earlier if it means i can go to classes and the gym then go to work after :)

It does release happy endorphins which would probably help with anxiety

  • Having a gym near work is a good idea. I found that I would go on the way home, buy if I got home and then tried to go out again it just wouldn't happen.

    How is ER Elsien?

Sounds like a really good idea then, MU.

It will help give the day an enjoyable focus which may help you not feel so bad about going to work if you are feeling wobbly.

My classes are making me more confident.
