Here's what you can do if you've already paid for the item:

:T :T Great stuff. You should have no problems getting your money back. Call Paypal and explain the email you have from ebay, tell them the seller has becoming threatening and you are/have reported him to the police so what do they need you to provide for your refund. Make sure you tell them the boots are fake and maybe say you have been advised by consumer advice not to send them back as its against the law. Good luck!
Oh and no dont call 999 to ask for a number! It should be available via 118 or google, you might get wrapped for calling the emergency line.0 -
Mookie, thank you so much. Sorry to bother you again, but I have never disputed anything before.
Should I go straight to the Paypal resolution centre, or try to open a dialogue with the company via their kissjordan website?
When I do, what do I say (since the only proof I have that they are fakes is so far from information on this thread)? Should I get someone to verify they are fakes? If so, who? I could post a picture on this forum of the label etc. I live in Taunton, Somerset, I am not even sure anywhere nearby sells the real uGgs.
Really sorry, but if anyone out there has been down this route, I would be so grateful for your advice. I obviously now don't feel I can sell the boots (which are a bit too small) to friends, knowing they are fakes, which is what I was going to do. And I don't want to send them back to China, because now I know they are fakes I don't see why I should pay the postage!
thanks, Clarey
The law is you dont have to send them back. Open the dispute direct with paypal, they should block that part of his funds. If there really are no stockists near you. Maybe you can contact ugg australia and ask to send them to them for assessment. aftersales@amg-group.co.uk0 -
Hi everyone,
Was up at 6am this morning on the Shudoo website put in the UTHINK code and it wasn't valid. Went and checked my e-mails and i had a 2nd e-mail from shudoo saying that the order has to be placed by phone quoting my e-mail address!!So glad I didn't stay up till midnight as I stupidly forgot to check my e-mails first!
I am going to give it a go at 9am ordering by phone!!
Incase some of you didn't take the survey I was looking thru Now Magazine last nite and www.shoestudio.com are offering a 20% discount if you quote ref now20nov. Hope this helps some of you if you haven't got the code from the shudoo survey. Will post and let you know when I finally plpace my order.
Love
Becky

I noticed this blog about Cheap Ugg Boots - it shows a fe places to get them and what best to wear with them
evilpanda are the only links they offer the ones that are along the top of the page? I cant seem to see any sites they actually recommend.I dont think that blog has any control over the ads that run on it its google ads, which means if the fake sites come up high on google search they could appear on that page. Some of the alternative brand boots links are good sites though, again people just need to be wary when looking for the Ugg Australia brand.

Am on hold to them now but not sure it is worth it after what you have just said. All seems a bit strange to me that this has happened the day they are offering 30% off???

They should take online orders and cancel any that werent eligible for the 30% code. If they put a note on their website to that effect most people wont bother ordering unless they were on the list anyway.0 -
