It has all changed now, received this today
Change to claiming your code
[FONT=Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif][FONT=Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif]Thank you for taking the What Do You Think Of Shudoo survey.
We want to ensure the 30% discount is used only by those who took part in our customer research.
We've had to disable the UTHINK code to prevent the promotion being used by non-participants of our survey.
This means instead of using the code UTHINK to claim your discount you will need to call us on 0845 680 0251 to place a telephone order.
You will only be able to place your order using this email address, which you must quote at the beginning of your call.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, however we want to make certain you enjoy our special reward for letting us know what you think about Shudoo.
The good news is we are extending the offer to 4pm on Friday 21st November 2008, so you have plenty of time to place your order.

Thanks mookie.
I'll give Paypal a ring tomorrow morning. Regarding the police, do I just ring 999 or find out the number for a local police station?
I'm going to try and get my girlfriend another pair of Uggs. I won't be able to afford the classics now so looking at them Cardys. Is Shudoo the cheapest place to get them at the moment with the 20% off?0 -
Mookie, thank you so much. Sorry to bother you again, but I have never disputed anything before.
Should I go straight to the Paypal resolution centre, or try to open a dialogue with the company via their kissjordan website?
When I do, what do I say (since the only proof I have that they are fakes is so far from information on this thread)? Should I get someone to verify they are fakes? If so, who? I could post a picture on this forum of the label etc. I live in Taunton, Somerset, I am not even sure anywhere nearby sells the real uGgs.
Really sorry, but if anyone out there has been down this route, I would be so grateful for your advice. I obviously now don't feel I can sell the boots (which are a bit too small) to friends, knowing they are fakes, which is what I was going to do. And I don't want to send them back to China, because now I know they are fakes I don't see why I should pay the postage!
thanks, Clarey0 -
Also, very sorry, but I am only going to trust sellers recommended by this thread now - I have looked back but can't seem to find the Shudoo 20% off code - was it a generic one? If so, would someone be willing to tell me what it was? If not I will get them from Asos. Thanks again.0
