Finally some good news...
I received an email this morning from Paypal saying that I need to send the boots back to the seller within 10 days and I'll receive a full refund. I got straight onto the phone to them and send I'm not sending the boots back because its illegal. They agreed and transferred me to someone higher. He then said to get proof they're not authentic and fax it off to them. I asked what happens with the boots and they said you'll just have to confirm you've destroyed them.
Going to find somewhere local that sell Uggs and give them a ring to see if they'll do it. Hope so.0 -

Just rang a couple dealers, Bank and Schuh and both won't give me a letter.
The email says 'In order to continue with the investigation of your complaint, we must
request documentation to support your claim that the item is not authentic.
Please obtain a document from an unbiased, third-party, such as a dealer,
appraiser, or another individual or organization that is qualified in the
area of the item in question (other than yourself), which clearly
identifies the item as not authentic. If possible, the document should
include a serial number and description of the item, and must be on
letterhead that includes the name, address, and phone number of the
individual, business, or organization so that PayPal may contact them if
necessary.'
Doesn't this mean I can just get a kind person on here to take a look at them and give me a letter? Or should I keep trying to find a dealer that would give me one?0 -
Your could try emailing Ugg UK sales@amg-group.co.uk they might be able to assist you.0

Has anyone had Shudoo call them back at all? They haven't called me and when I tried to call again just now it is going straight voicemail.0

I rang Shudoo this morning at 9 and eventually got through. The man who answered the phone told me the system was down, he told me that he could verify my email address and if I placed my order online using the MSE178 (20%) discount code when the system was up and running they would credit me with the other 10% discount.
Hey,
I'm looking for a pair of chestnut uggs for my gf and I registered for the shudoo newsletter a while back and registered as a customer to purchase an item on Mon but I missed the survey on Tues. When people are saying they phone up to verify their email address and claim the 30% off-do you have to have been registered as a customer, for the newsletter or have filled out the survey?
I got the offer for the Jumbucks but not other emails.
Thanks

To claim the 30% you need to have done the survey and recieved the email with the cancelled UTHINK code.0
