I just phoned to get the Shudoo discount and my call was answered really quickly, the 30% discount was applied to my order and he said I should be receiving my Oatmeal Cardy Uggs on Friday! I'm so excited! I was in two minds whether to get them because I'm a bit poor at the moment but £83.97 is such a bargain it would be rude not to really! :j :j :j
Thanks to who ever posted the info about the survey "This Will Be Mine In 2009 Member" #215...

Hey,
I'm looking for a pair of chestnut uggs for my gf and I registered for the shudoo newsletter a while back and registered as a customer to purchase an item on Mon but I missed the survey on Tues. When people are saying they phone up to verify their email address and claim the 30% off-do you have to have been registered as a customer, for the newsletter or have filled out the survey?
I got the offer for the Jumbucks but not other emails.
Thanks
Mike
Hi Mike,
You can ring Shudoo on 0845 680 0251 to see if your e-mail address is on their list to get the 30% discount. If not there is a 20% discount of MSE178 which is valid.

Glad to hear you managed to get through, I'm still getting a "we are unable to take your call right now" message. It's doing my head in. I have fired off a terse email but I don't expect it will get me anywhere. It made me feel a bit better though.:rotfl:
Back to the phone. :mad:0 -

I have just purchased from here and boots are fantastic; known as the 'original uggs' they have a slightly different label to the deckers ones but altogether the same boot.
Got 2 pairs from this site for the price of one pair in the UK.
Hope this helps some of you
I've never seen original ugg's as cheap as that in all my days. I would question wither they were genuine or not. I also wouldnt buy the 'other', (I would normally call them fakes) australian ugg's either, they are nothing like the genuine ugg's in terms of quality and how well made they are. Thats all my opinion of course.0 -

Cheers Becky,
Just called up and no 30% for me-just regular 20%.
Although I was speaking to the girl and she said they regularly do send out discounts but she said the survey for the 30% off closed at the end on October but I'm sure I'd heard people mention it was in November.
I pushed to see if she would tell me if there was any more discounts planned but she said she was fairly new so wouldn't know :-(
Anyone know for sure when the 20% offer ends???0 -
I received my chestnut short Ugg boots on Monday from ww.hartings.co.nz and have to say I am so impressed. Not only did they cost me £55 inc delivery which took less than a week, but have just compared them to the "Just Sheepskin" one's in Debenhams and would say that mine are a far better quality.
The question of "genuine" and "fake" UGG's is answered if you read through the thread. "What came first the Ugg boot or Deckers?" Australia were making Ugg boots long before Deckers bought the name, then moved the production to China???
I was willing to sacrifice the 'label' but didn't want to sacrifice on quality, it doesn't mean I have bought 'fakes'. By the way thanks to those who recommended Hartings, just wished they sold the black one's or I'd be ordering again.
This is what the hartings website state:-Canterbury Leather International is the premier New Zealand manufacturer of sheepskin footwear and apparel. A leading exporter, the company is the recipient of a number of government awards and has for many years been a preferred manufacturer for Deckers Outdoor Corporation - owners of the UGG® Australia brand.0 -
i did make another post but will put the web page here as well uggs from 33.09

Avoid uggstore.com.au
I ordered 2 pairs Tall Uggs. I actually got 2 pairs of Emu stingers which I am told are fakes. I have emailed Ugg store 6 times without reply.
At the checkout I confirmed payment £150 inc delievry, but my card as actually been charged £173, my credit card company is now dealing with this.
Thought I would post my bad experiance incase anyone was going to order from these thieves. What goes around - comes around

The 1st site is owned by a person in China, they are cheaper as they are fakes even the boots in the pics are a giveaway the toes are way to slanted. And it allows me to put 65 pairs of one size into my basket nowhere has that kind of stock on genuine boots....
The 2nd site looks ok for anyone who is happy with an alternate brand.0
