Ugg Boots from £62 delivered

Ive just been looking for Cheap uGg Boots, and came across www.sendmypair.com. They only sell COPIES! On the front, they dont say anything, callously using Ugg boots as the advertisement, using the Short/tall, and even colour options the same, but if you happen to click on 'Track Parcel' you'll get a big clue. Firstly the Chinese writting on the couriers website, then the fact that worldwide delivery is the same anywhere in the world, and the finally when you read this belter in the 'T&Cs';
"If you are affiliated with or work for Nike, Air Jordan, Gucci, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, Timberland, Cartier, Jacob & Co., or Locman, either directly or indirectly, or any other related division, group, or attorneys, or were formally a worker, you CANNOT place an order through our website. If in fact you are affiliated or were affiliated with the above said companies, by placing an order through this website you are violating these terms, and you are violating code 431.322.12 of the Internet Privacy Act signed by Bill Clinton in 1995. This means that you CANNOT threaten our ISP(s) or any person(s) or company storing these files, and cannot prosecute or file suit against any person(s) affiliated with this website. Any purchase of replica products or variants made through our website, is made with the agreement that the products are being purchased for collecting or nostalgic purposes. Any other use of the products sold on our website would be a violation of our terms of sale. Violations would include purchasing replicas for resale as authentic merchandise, or for the intent to take legal actions towards sendmypair.com. By submitting an order through this website, you are agreeing to an expressly and implied contract to all terms as stated above, indicating that you have no relation to any of those companies, and affirm that you are in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws."

As most of you know I've sent him a few emails regarding this and he has been really abusive in his replies. I just checked my email a few minutes ago and this is his latest email to me.
dont bother me any more with this !!!!, I have had enough of your dumb !!!! arrogent attitude
I am in croxteth on 31/12/2008 so I will be calling to collect what you owe me (or should I say what you owe me kids)
I'm built like a 12 year old girl and my girlfriend is 8 months pregnant so I don't want this on my doorstep. My girlfriend is worried already. What do I do now??
I'd ignore him - email eBay and say he is not only using threatening behaviour but quite clearly selling fakes. If you want to take things further then involve the police, but I would imagine he is trying to be a big man and doleing [?] out completely idle threats, come on, who is stupid enough to go door knocking on New Years Eve over a pair of fake boots?! Clearly just trying to frighten you - don't let him winBaby Boy arrived March 25th 2010 - 17 days late & 8lb 10oz :j0 -

I agree that you should contact the police, this is a personal threat, and the seller will have your contact details. The police will be able to get the seller's details from ebay, it may also support your case. Also, if you are pursuing the matter through the eBay or Paypal Resolution Centres, try to keep all communications through this, as this is all that they will have to go on. Block the seller from sending you email to make sure they adhere to this. I know that the wait for resolution can be frustrating, but I had a dispute over an item never received, and they found in my favour in the end
On a more cheerful note, just ordered my Chestnut shorts from Shudoo with 20% off (better safe than sorry)0 -
Lets help Mwesty get this seller off and get their refund...via the listing right at the bottom you can still report this item even though its ended.
I have done it, so to make it easier for anyone else here's a list of the fake Uggs & Shox they only allow up to 10 items on one report so if anyone wants to copy and paste it over to the report the more reports they get might go in Mwestys favour for a swift refund 270301340161, 270301339609, 270296211701, 270295854484, 270295398935, 270295851979, 270295400261, 270287981136, 270274865655, 270281751232
I'm bumping this as I think Mwesty needs a bit of support.0 -

Dont reply anymore to this idiot, have you opened a Paypal dispute yet? Keep everything on the dispute and keep it factual and minimal. I have reported them for selling fakes, and as per my last post have urged as many people here to do so. It will help you if they get a few reports about the seller.
I would call the police and log it, you have the sellers address they might tell him to back off. See how defensive people get when they know they have done wrong!0 -
Mwesty when did you alert the seller of your concerns that they are fakes, he ended a batch of uggs last night at about 10pm, all as error in listing. Bet they reappear under another username!0

Cheers for the support guys.
I haven't replied to that latest email he sent me and won't send anymore. I opened the Paypal dispute yesterday afternoon. The status is 'A claims specialist is reviewing your case.' and it says 'We'll contact you with any developments or if we require additional information from you by 15 Dec. 2008.'
Should I add all the email messages onto the Paypal dispute and still goto Bank or Office to get these confirmed as fake? I've never been in contact with the police before, what do I say?0 -

Yes you still need to carry on the dispute process, dont let him bully you thats what he is hoping. If you hadnt left feedback he would have probably offered a refund to keep his feedback clear of suspicion but then others would be buying them and getting stitched up so you have done the right thing. I think Paypal will see that he has listed a lot of Uggs recently and they will probably agree that they are fake based on this by removing his listings he has made it look even more obvious.
Dont add too much to the dispute as he can see your comments. Maybe call paypal and say that you noticed after you contacted the seller to voice your concerns he removed a batch of boots...that way they will know what hes' up to but he wont know you have told them.
Call the police and tell them an ebay seller has threatened to come to your home and this is not the first threatening email today and that you are slightly worried that he may follow up his threats.0
