I ordered some short Chestnuts from AussieDirect in October, and Im still really happy with them. Ive worn them non-stop for the past few months, and they still look great..Im always getting compliments about them.
Oh, and the label said Australia.. but I do not doubt their authenticity, theyre exactly like the ones in Office, Schuh etc
ETA: Just been reading through the god knows how many pages of this thread, and it seems there have been some concerns about Aussie Direct. Personally, my boots are fine.. and Im looking to buy some short Chocolate ones now. Am I recommended to buy from A-D again.. or does it seem they have been selling dodgy stock recently? They emailed me back earlier, and confirmed that their Choc ones are 'Made in China'...Thanks in advance

It tells you where they are made on the label within each boot.
The one's I just got from uggsdirect says "Made In China" in both boots

That does not guarantee authenticity though, AD were confirmed as selling some very convincing fakes in all but the chocs.0 -

What colour did you order ? some people have ordered from there and they have been found selling fakes and inferior quality boots, I bought a pair from there and they went through the toe within a couple of months and when I sent them back they said it was normal wear and tear and offered to send them back to me if I pay postage  they read these boards as they have such a bad reputation and I personally wont be leaving it there until I get my money back and if means contact contacting trading standards or the ministry of consumer affairs I will make sure im not out of pocketsomeone on this site gave me this link and i just got my new uggs.
they seem to be genuine UGG australia boots, cos i already have a pair and i can't see any differences in them.
they cost me US$180 + $45 postage which is pretty steep but they did get from australia to ireland in two days
anyway heres the link and thanks to whoever originally out it up!

Aussiedirect were also selling old stock boots, ie: boots made in Australia before the manufacture transferred to China, so some boots that state "Made in Australia" are still genuine.
Bit of a minefield with them!0 -
I realise that some of the boots from aussie-direct appeared to be inferior, but my chestnut ones seem fine!
I want some choccie ones now, but Im worried about taking the risk and buying from there again, just incase I get a dodgy pair.. but then again, their chocolate ones seemed OK didnt they? Argh.. confusion lol0 -
I've just come across this website.. I think it's UK based, and the Uggs on there are cheapest Ive seen them in this country, with free delivery too.. Seems to good to be true?!

Anyone come across these lot before?
ETA: I emailed them earlier to query about their prices, as it seemed a bit suspicious. They emailed back to say that the reason why they are cheaper is because they import them from overseas, and then sell them on over here. Basically, instead of us ordering direct from the likes of aussiedirdct, Hartings etc, they do it.. slap a bit of money on and then sell them over here. As a result, she said that delivery times are about 14 days.
Wonder how genuine this is.. Hmm0
