I ordered yesterday as well for delivery today. 4.40pm and nothing. If they have sent via 48 hours like yours I shall be seeking a refund of P+P.

    Dunno why they do that???

I got onto them on Monday when the boots arrived, which was 4 days after ordering, granted a weekend inbetween :) No reply, so logged a ticket in their system, and made 6 entries before they got back to me yesterday and refunded the difference in the postage. At least they sorted it though.

Bit brassed off to be honest. I ordered them on next day because I knew I would be here. I take a chance tomorrow that I'm not going to be in :(

Did they come pareclforce then? Or Royal Mail van?

Parcelforce. If you'd of raised a ticket earlier, then you could have asked for the tracking number, which you can ring Parcelforce with and they tell you what service it has been sent out with and when it will be delivered.

Surely it can't be that hard to send by what you pay for eh!!!

    Thanks :D
Ill raise a ticket first thing, I can have a polite moan about the "next day delivery" while I'm there.

Not complaining too much though because I was looking for Black Cardies in town and couldnt get them, added to that they were £135 so still a bargain. I just dont like waiting dammit!!!

someone on this site gave me this link and i just got my new uggs.
they seem to be genuine UGG australia boots, cos i already have a pair and i can't see any differences in them.
they cost me US$180 + $45 postage which is pretty steep but they did get from australia to ireland in two days

anyway heres the link and thanks to whoever originally out it up!

    Update...

I have on my feet the most beautiful pair of black cardies and Im thrilled with them. My only complaint is that mine were also sent Parcelforce 48 hour rather than the next day delivery I had paid for.

I have been issued a refund of the difference in P+P, but as this has happened to two of us on this thread now it may be worth bearing in mind when buying from https://www.uggsdirect.co.uk

I ordered some ugg boots from- australianuggboots.com. They advertised genuine ugg boots- these are not decker corporation Ugg boots- they cost me £75 but in addition to this I had to pay austrailian tax- £25 postage to have them delivered in 2-5 business days, and they arrived in the uk in 8 business days and took a further 3 days to process. They were then held in Liverpool till I paid customes charges to ahve them released. I tried to get some money back on postage as it was 310 cheaper for 8-10 business day delivery. The company will not take any responsibility for this and will not refund as they say they are not responibile for process time. I also paid £20 odd in customs so all in all cost me nearly £130. Warning to people out there this company has been very unhelpful and they do not make it clear when you order about all extra charges- my advice don't buy from them!!!
