I followed this up by ordering from http://www.uggsdirect.co.uk yesterday as they had the correct size. Paid £7.95 for next day delivery, this was yesterday by the way.

EDIT:
Has anyone got a telephone number which they answer? As the two that I've got just ring out to the answerphone, or currently it states "no attendant available". Not impressed.

Nothing has arrived as yet, they use Royal Mail, so I would have thought it would have arrived by now???

How has anyone else gone on with delivery from http://www.uggsdirect.co.uk ?

What time did you order them? I've ordered from these and they were very good so I wouldn't worry too much :D

I ordered them at about 11am on the Thursday, paid for next day delivery. Finally got a reply off them with the Parcelforce tracking number, and they've sent them parcelforce 48 instead of next day. Bit brassed off, but at least they'll arrive tomorrow.

BTW, how do you clean Cardy Uggs? And are they sheepskin inside? I know the leg bit isnt but is the foot? Presumably its a no sock rule again?
• I wish I had seen this site first.

Paid £109.00 via paypal using the paypal credit card to john2@xren.com for a pair of UGG boots that I thought were coming from Ugg Direct at http://www.uggsdirect.co.uk/ alas no. it was a clone site.

The real UGG direct site were as much use as a chocolate fire guard. They weren’t interested in my or anybody else’s plight with this clone site. Shame as its their name the site defrauding.

Anyway, still awaiting the outcome of the paypal investigations.

Ill let you all know what result is. Positive I hope.

The foot is sheepskin, lovely and comfy but beware the no sock rule, Cardy's can become itchy! :D

For info, the genuine Uggsdirect Paypal account is
payments@bakermacintosh.ltd.uk

Hope this helps!
• someone on this site gave me this link and i just got my new uggs.
they seem to be genuine UGG australia boots, cos i already have a pair and i can't see any differences in them.
they cost me US$180 + $45 postage which is pretty steep but they did get from australia to ireland in two days

anyway heres the link and thanks to whoever originally out it up!

I ordered yesterday as well for delivery today. 4.40pm and nothing. If they have sent via 48 hours like yours I shall be seeking a refund of P+P.
