Well I've been at work for the past few days, and I was planning on wearing them for work but not in this rain!! :rolleyes:
I'm praying for it to be dry tomorrow so I can eventually wear them.
I have sprayed them 3 times but I'm still wary to wear them in the rain just in case they get water marks on them. :eek:
OH well, fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Hi, l ordered from Australia Direct just over a week ago, my boots arrived in 3 days, they were the short Chocolate and were real uggs, made in China etc, no problems. Read the whole thread !!! I know this may take a while, as others have had problems. Good luck.

Yeah I think my situation was exactly the same as yours cos I paid with my debit card but wasnt logged into paypal although I received an email receipt from paypal and I did already have a paypal account.

Its quite complicated but basically heres what to do:

1. If you have never had a paypal account ...

If you still have your email receipt go into it and in there is a box if your not already registered with them that says something like sign up to paypal now so if you click on that it will take you to their website to set up your account and then the transaction will appear in your history. To dispute it click on my account and then resolution centre, and then click report a problem. This will then guide you from there and you can dispute it, it will probably go straight to a claim as mine did because the seller is uncontactable by email, it then gives the seller 10 days in which to respond.

2. If you had a paypal account but didnt use it for this transaction ...

If you are registered with paypal but you didnt log in when you made the transaction, in your email receipt it will have a box saying our records indicate that you have a paypal account etc.
If this is the case when you log into paypal it probably wont appear in your transaction history. So what you need to do is close down your existing account, you do this by clicking on the my account tab and then profile, under account information the bottom option of the list says close account, select this option. BUT be sure that the transaction is definately not on your transaction history already otherwise you will loose this when you close the account !!
Once you have done this you need to go back to the paypal website and choose to open an account (sign up). You can do this from the home page. So all you are doing is registering your account again with exactly the same email address. Once you have signed up again you will be able to log in and see the transaction to uggfootwear direct. Then you just need to do as I stated before and click on the resolution centre tab under my account and then click report a problem, which will then bring up your transaction history for you to choose which one to dispute.

Hope this helps! Abit complicated as I said but it has worked for me. If you have anymore probs I would advise you to just ring the paypal customer services because they are very helpful and will be able to help you.

Good luck! My REAL Ugg boots have turned up today so I am so happy about that. Not sure what is happening reagrding my dispute with paypal as it still says awaiting sellers reposnse although today is the last day they can respond. Will keep you posted, let me know how you get on and if you have anymore questions just ask, I am happy to help as much as I can.

i just went through the same thing with paypal like you did, closed my account, then reopened it. now i can see my payment details and opened a dispute!so i just need to wait for the clams now. luckly i had your help through this all thing!so thanks alot! i appreciate that!
i am ready to get a real pair of ugg now from a real website now!i wanted it since the beg of this winnter, just been so bad luck from getting it!which website did you say u got it from>? can you tell me>again! appreciated!

goodness same here, also cant wear them as they have a small hole in the toe and have emailed ugg australia and waiting to see if they are going to replace or refund
