Hi all.. Ordered a pair of unusual UGGS from the USA, arrived on Saturday. They are sold out now cost £85.00 in total. They are not the crotchet ones and I have never seen them in the UK before. I wore them today and got stopped by 3 individual females in Bicester Village asking me where I got them from!!! Apparently they are going to restock in time for St Valentines day.
Go to this link and take a loo. Let me know what you think. I have a pair of Chocolate brown ones which I got in September and they fit just lke my new ones. The UGG AUSTRALIA on the heel is made of a lovely brass Metal.

Dont buy in haste and repent at leisure, wait a couple more weeks for websites to restock!

Hi!
I have ordered a pair of Ugg boots from uggfootwear-direct.com at end of Dec07. and yet havent recieve my boots! i also made a credit card payment without log in to paypal, and has recieve a receipt via email from them and have a receipt number.so, i think our case is the same.do you think this website is really a scam? and could you let me know your actions towards this pls?!thanks!
Hi,
Sorry for the late response I havnt been on here for a while. I would say this website was definately a scam so many people have had the same problem.
I rang paypal in the end for advise as to how dispute the transaction as I hadnt logged in when I made the payment. They were very helpful and the lady could see the transaction I had made, all I had to do was close down my existing paypal account and then open it up again with exactly the same email address and then the transaction appeared. I disputed it straight away on paypal and it went straight to a claim. They give the seller 15 days in which to respond. If they dont repsond by then, then you win the claim. Tomorrow is my last day of the dispute and still not had any response from the seller so will let you know if I manage to win my money back!
In the mean time I have learnt my lesson and decided to order some Uggs from the official deckers ugg australia website! I ordered from the US website as they were cheaper and although they said they were out of stock they allow you to place an order and they will ship when stock becomes available. I thought I would rather wait for the real deal than risk another scam website!
I was told likely delivery would be 11th Feb but then the following day after placing my order I received an email to say my boots were being shipped! Brilliant! You can track your order every step of the way via the UPS website and its so reassuring to know they are genuine and that they are actually going to turn up! They tried to deliver today but unfortunately I missed them so they are being delivered tomorrow cant wait.
After my experience I would advise anyone to forget trying to go cheaper and risk getting ripped off, just pay that bit extra and know you are getting the genuine article. All in all my order placed with the genuine Uggs website has taken only 5 days to arrive and thats coming from the US, hardly a long time to wait and would definately recommend. They charged me £120 including shipping and then have to pay £35 for tax when the parcel gets delivered. Altogether thats still cheaper than buying in the shops in the UK.
Good luck to anyone else who has been scammed and be careful to those of you that are considering dealing with the 'non official' websites.

I've had a few personal troubles so I have not even got around to sorting my sheepskin liners yet for my black ones so I am wearing the ones with superglue on - looking a right !!!!! I bet, LOL!! At least I did not ruin the new ones - I did have brown toes where they had got wet though, I did not expect that. I use the Clarks protector spray and it is suppoed to repel water.... right, that would be the odd raindrop then as it did not repel the water at all. What does everyone else use??
Oh and cloggs still did not refund me for my damaged boots, or send them back and it has been 3 months now. What is that all about??
I sprayed my new boots with Punch Instant protector in a red and blue can, they have a couple of marks on already, but can does say 'resists rain & stains' I'm guessing resists means the same as us with chocolate, doesnt always resist. :rotfl:
The last can which i found in cupboard is Punch Active Super protector and says 'extra resistance against rain & stains' in a silver can. IMO this is better but I cant remember where I got it but I'll definately be looking for that one next time I buy.0 -
I bought some Uggs on Ebay and ended up with total fakes from china. I reported them to paypal and eventually got an email telling me to return the boots to china at my expense for a refund, I emailed them back explaining that the boots were fake and that they had been listed fraudulently by hacking into another sellers account, and that they should never have been available for me to buy in the first place. I made it quite clear that I was not prepared a. to waste any more of my money on postage etc and b. send them back for them to sell to some other poor mug like me.
Paypal emailed me a few days later requesting that the boots should be destroyed and that I had to sign and fax back an attached form saying that I had done this and I would get my refund.
I Faxed back the form today lets see how long the refund takes!!
Am in an identical situation but appear to be having less luck with PayPal. They have offered me a £25 goodwill payment to offset against the £54 postage (trackable only permitted) to China. I would love to destroy the boots tbh0 -

The price is brill, what was the postage and did you get customs?

HELP!!
Ive just taken the dog to the beach and my uggs are filthy! how can I clean them? has anyone cleaned them in the washing machine?

has anyone else ordered from Ugg Australia? how long did it take to receive your boots?
I ordered on 3rd January and was told i would receive an email when they have been shipped. so far no email and order status is "open", then when i look at the order details it says status "at warehouse" and tracking "shipping soon" which it has said now for the last 10 days.
so i'm presuming that they don't actually have the boots in stock. would have been nice to have been notified of this. think i will have to phone them tomorrow to find out what is going on/when i am likely to get them.
Mine are now being shipped (from ugg australia). Still not sure how long that takes but at least they are on their way.
Can't wait for them to arrive. Soooo excited x:j0 -

What did you expect? :rotfl:
Sorry, but I can't honestly believe someone would be daft enough to wear sheepskin boots on a wet beach in the middle of winter
Don't you own any wellies?“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0
