after reading nearly all the posts i decided to take the plunge and order some canterbury tall boots. Was checking ebay out for something else and had a quick shufty for the boots available, amazingly found a pair of tall canterbury boots in my size, small ebay seller selling as they were they were too big for her and got them after emailing her for £25 + £10 P+P. They have the canterbury tag and are definately genuine. :T My poor feet cant wait.

  • I bought some Uggs on Ebay and ended up with total fakes from china. I reported them to paypal and eventually got an email telling me to return the boots to china at my expense for a refund, I emailed them back explaining that the boots were fake and that they had been listed fraudulently by hacking into another sellers account, and that they should never have been available for me to buy in the first place. I made it quite clear that I was not prepared a. to waste any more of my money on postage etc and b. send them back for them to sell to some other poor mug like me.
Paypal emailed me a few days later requesting that the boots should be destroyed and that I had to sign and fax back an attached form saying that I had done this and I would get my refund.
I Faxed back the form today lets see how long the refund takes!!

Help!! I noticed a dirty mark on my beloved UGG's before. I gently sponged it with water and left to dry - away from radiator and now they've got a water mark on!!! I'm gutted. I had sprayed them with protector so didn't expect them to do this. Can any UGG experts help??

Sponge them again but the whole of that area, up to where each joining section starts. Let them dry naturally and when dry brush them gently with an old toothbrush or soft clothes brush. Dont forget to spray again once you are happy with them. HTH

Thanks for that Mookie. I knew you or Blue Monkey (the UGG Boot experts) would be along to help me! I'll have another go in the morning!

I would be wary, UK ebayer with all sizes yet authorised retailers have no stock, pictures look ok but none show the inside label fully maybe you could request some more pics.

Also a few negs saying they got fakes, boots sent might not be those shown. Other buyers saying they may be seconds, cant see that being true. Bear in mind a lot of people dont really know how good fakes are getting. The ebay sellers recommended earlier in this thread have not had 1 feedback doubting if they were genuine.

    Personally I wouldnt risk it.

has anyone else ordered from Ugg Australia? how long did it take to receive your boots?

I ordered on 3rd January and was told i would receive an email when they have been shipped. so far no email and order status is "open", then when i look at the order details it says status "at warehouse" and tracking "shipping soon" which it has said now for the last 10 days.

so i'm presuming that they don't actually have the boots in stock. would have been nice to have been notified of this. think i will have to phone them tomorrow to find out what is going on/when i am likely to get them.

I ordered some on 5th January and my order status is exactly the same. I emailed them on wednesday to ask when they would be shipped and they havn't yet replied. It says on the website that they are trying to clear the backlog early this week so hopefully they will be shipped then. There appears to be no other info on their website re delivery though.
